I couldn’t decide on a title so I thought I’d use them all!
I’m back!
It’s time I started updating this blog again, and I think I’ve got my life in some sort of order that I might be able to do it now. It turns out having a baby, starting a post-grad diploma, and buying a house take up quite a lot of your free time, and so updating the website falls down the list of ‘stuff I have the energy for’.
My last post was back in August 2017, when I was running a 5e conversion of Pathfinder’s Iron Gods. I never finished all my session reports and reviews, so I hope to get around to all that over the next few weeks (ok, months (years?)). Spoilers: I didn’t kill everyone (*sad face*).
In the meantime I’ve played in a Pathfinder Skull and Shackles (i.e. Pirates!) campaign, which was awesome. Although playing a rogue in Pathfinder is less so. I’ve got a post or two with my thoughts on that to put out, and on the Pathfinder adventure paths in general.
More excitingly, I’ve started a whole new game! I’m now the GM for a Starfinder campaign, with the original murdernerds. For those that don’t know, Starfinder is the new RPG from Paizo, that’s essentially Pathfinder IN SPACE. If you want to know what its like, you’ll have to wait for my review. (But, you know, I’ve started a campaign, so it’s probably not going to be that much of a shock to find out I quite like it.)
